If you are over 80 you have a 50% chance of falling in any year.

You can take part in the programme if you are:
- over 80 years old, or over 65 for Maori and Pacific people
- Living independently in the community, eg not in a rest home or hospital
- At risk of falling, or have had a fall in the last 12 months
